“Carry on my Wayward Son.”

Also, some new art.

In honor of the new season of Supernatural, here are the Winchester boys, Sam and Dean, and Castiel. I personally think Supernatural is one of the most under rated shows on TV at the moment (especially if you look at the earlier seasons).

Many references were used for Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Misha Collins. And a whole mess of pictures of crows.

Sam, Dean, and Castiel belong to the CW and Eric Kripke.

House in the Hollow

Midnight Productions House in the Hollow is located in Buck County PA, about a half hour outside Philly. We are a theatrical haunted house. Our current theme is the Malfate Manor, a family who has suffered through many unfortunate events. For the past 10 years, I have been working with the wonderful crew and cast supervising make up and doing a bit of acting. If you are in the area, you should swing by and check us out.

For an awesome preview of what you might find there, check out our trailer:  Tales from the Hollow

And of course, stay tuned for some behind the scenes make up shots throughout the season.

“Perhaps there’s a cosemetic solution. Some more lipstick.”

New make up!

This was a lot of fun to do. sculpted the prosthetic on a cast of my face from a couple of years ago. I did my negative mold today, then poured in the silicone to create these custom fit prosthetic pieces. These were inspired by Pam’s make up this season on “True Blood.” Her rotting face was WONDERFUL and I knew I had to do it. This was the first attempt today, and will be refined until I’m happy. I’m thinking of making the cheek piece that can be torn off as well.

The silicone came from a company called Brick in the Yard. They’re a wonderful, super helpful company. Be sure to check out their stuff at www.brickintheyard.com.

Enjoy.

You can find more horror make up here.

Where did April go?

Hell, where did May go?

I will have awesome pictures from Midnight Productions “Jesus Christ Superstar” at the wonderful Keswick theater…soon. They were taken by the AMAZING Lisa Helock Spring. I have to thank her for getting such wonderful shots because mine weren’t so good.

I’ve been working on some really fun things. Lots more playing with Copics. I’ll have lots of fun stuff to show, also soon.

I will be working on a production of “Agamemnon” this summer, so expect lots of art. In fact, here’s some art to hold you over:
